Welcome to Regent Aircraft Services Inc. Regent was founded in 2002 as a dynamic father/son team. While Regent today has amassed a great number of achievements, it came from humble beginnings. Initiating out of a garage, founders John and Steve Gratto fought for years to make a name for themselves. Their starting point focused on helicopters and manufacturing aircraft parts for the general aviation market in Calgary, Alberta. Once they were able to get their foot in the door and build up a larger customer base, John and Steve then transitioned the company to specialize in twin otters around 2010. With this expansion, the company grew to include over 60 team members and adopted multiple locations around North America.

John begrudgingly retired in 2016 when Steve stepped up and accepted the role of president of the now full-service aircraft company.

As of 2021, Steve successfully acquired his father’s shares in the company, allowing John’s complete retirement.

As of 2022, Regent Aircraft Services Inc. is able to offer approved aircraft structures, interiors, manufacturing, maintenance services and basically anything else our clients need.
